Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He
who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and
believes in me will never die…’
[John 11: 25-26]
Coping with
loss is never easy, most especially loved ones. It is a privilege for us to
assist you at these difficult and challenging times.
Funeral
Thanksgiving services are available in All Saints. The church building can
seat up to 150 people and we encourage you to make use of it as a special
and treasured memorial venue - regardless of your own faith. Most
particularly, whilst thankfully accepting the role played by the
Crematorium, a service in All Saints overcomes the logistical problems of
numbers and pastoral sensitivity and isn’t restricted by time constraints.
We stress that everyone would be made very welcome at this demanding time.
During our
Sunday morning services (and at other times during the week) we include
regular intercessory prayer for those who are unwell or grieving.
Members of
the Fellowship and Partnership are also trained in Bereavement visiting and
counselling. If you would like someone to talk with you confidentially and
prayerfully help you through these difficult days, please speak with us.
